A simple handoff

Three familiar steps. Your call at every point.

  1. 01 / 03

    Make the front elsewhere

Use an image tool or editor outside My Letter Manager. Start with a prompt below, or bring artwork you already have.

  2. 02 / 03

    Download, then upload

Save the original image to your device. In the postcard flow, upload it as the front image and write your message on the back.

  3. 03 / 03

    Review before mailing

Choose your audience, preview both sides, check the charge, and explicitly approve the final mailing.

In the composer, choose 6×9 yourself. The ordinary postcard composer may start at 4×6; entering this guide does not select a size for you.

Your tools, your account

ChatGPT

Describe the business, nearby customer, offer, and art direction. Ask for one image at a time, then make focused changes such as “simplify the background” or “leave more open space at the top.”

Generated lettering can be unreliable. If words or a logo are not exact, ask for a clean image without text and add editable text and your real logo in Canva or Adobe Express.

Google Gemini (Nano Banana)

Gemini’s official image-generation page confirms Nano Banana image generation. Start with a clear visual brief, then iterate one change at a time and compare versions.

If the image contains misspelled copy or an inaccurate logo, remove that lettering and finish the wording and genuine logo as editable elements in Canva or Adobe Express.

Canva AI Image Generator

Canva’s official image-generator page offers aspect-ratio selection. Choose the closest landscape ratio available; it may not offer the exact print canvas or safe-area controls.

Use the generated art as a background, then add your own editable headline, offer, contact details, and uploaded logo in Canva. Check every word and keep key content inside the safe area.

Adobe Express

Create or place an image in an Adobe Express design, then use editable text and your uploaded logo for accurate business details. Tool names and controls can change.

Treat generated text as a draft, not verified copy. Replace inaccurate lettering with editable text and use your actual logo file; review the result at full size before export.

Copy, replace, create

A useful starting point, not a magic button.

Replace the bracketed details with your own. Prompts stay visible and selectable if clipboard access is blocked. Every prompt includes the print canvas, safe area, bleed, and a reminder that image tools may not output exact print dimensions.

Before you upload

A clean file makes a better print.

Image generators may not offer the exact dimensions. Ask for the highest available near-3:2 landscape output, then use an editor to crop or fit it to the exact canvas without stretching. Inspect details at full size.

Changing DPI metadata alone or enlarging a tiny image does not create more detail. Save the original PNG or a high-quality JPEG—not a screenshot, watermarked preview, or PDF.

  • Keep the background full-bleed

Continue color and imagery all the way to the outer 2738 × 1838 px image edges. The cut happens inside that edge.

  • Protect the important details

Place words, your real logo, and contact details inside the 2658 × 1758 px safe area, inset 40px horizontally and 40px vertically from the outer image edges.

  • Keep this artwork front-only

No address, stamp, mail indicia, fake QR code, crop marks, bleed guides, or postcard mockup. The app handles the mailing back; if you want a QR code, use the app-generated option later.

  • Check facts and rights

Review spelling, phone number, URL, lawful offer terms, and image/logo rights. Never invent claims, reviews, or discounts.

When your art is ready

Bring the file into your postcard.

The image tool creates artwork only. Your recipients and mailing are handled in My Letter Manager, not in an external AI prompt.

  1. STEP 01

    Open the postcard gallery

Choose Create a postcard to open the postcard flow.

  2. STEP 02

    Start with your own design

Choose “Start from scratch” in the gallery.

  3. STEP 03

    Set the format and upload

Select ordinary 6×9 and use “Upload Image” for your front artwork.

  4. STEP 04

    Finish both sides and audience

Add your back message and imported audience tag, then preview the postcard.

  5. STEP 05

    Approve the mailing deliberately

Review the final mailing charge and explicitly approve it only when everything looks right.

Keep recipient information private. Do not submit recipient addresses or lists to external AI tools. Add your audience only in the postcard workflow.

No rush. Review first.
