Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide accounts, contact management, correspondence creation, delivery, billing, support, and security.
How we use it
Information is used to operate the service, send and track mail, communicate with you, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
Optional Meta advertising measurement
Meta Pixel is on by default unless you opt out or signal a browser privacy preference. Meta may receive public-page visits, browser/device information, and ad-click identifiers and use advertising cookies to measure Facebook and Instagram ads. Private pages, tokenized links, account identity, recipient data, and correspondence content are excluded. Automatic advanced matching and automatic interaction capture are disabled.
Your privacy choices
Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track, and an optional-analytics opt-out override the default. Turn off Meta tracking in the Privacy control to stop future tracking. Turning it off does not erase information already held by Meta; browser settings can delete cookies.
New-account registration measurement
When Meta tracking is allowed on an eligible public page, we also send a CompleteRegistration event after a new account is successfully created. Viewing the sign-up form, signing into an existing account, and refreshing a page do not count as registrations. We do not send account identity or credentials with this event.
