Audience Search

Audience Search is a guided way to find property addresses, review exact mailing destinations, and import a named audience into your Address Book.

Find addresses, review destinations, and save an audience

Find addresses for a neighborhood hello, a community update, or small-team outreach. Choose a search tool, select returned addresses, and review exact mailing destinations before saving a named audience to your Address Book.

Address Proximity Search

Search for property addresses within a radius of a starting address. Use the available property criteria to narrow your search.

Listing Search (for-sale only)

Find properties currently or recently listed for sale near an address, with listing status, price, and days-since-listed criteria. This is not a rental search, and an inactive listing does not necessarily mean the property sold.

Map Search

Draw one circle on a map to search for property addresses inside it. Moving the map or selecting results does not run another search.

Filter and select returned addresses

Narrow the loaded results with filters and select the addresses you want from the list or map. Results are bounded, not complete geographic coverage; filtering the returned set does not search every property in the area. Addresses without usable coordinates remain available in the list.

Review and verify exact mailing destinations

Review the selected destinations, including apartment or unit details, before importing. Property coordinates do not establish postal deliverability. New mailing addresses must pass the existing USPS verification review; unresolved or undeliverable destinations cannot simply be accepted as verified.

Name your audience and import it

Give the audience a name and confirm the import into your Address Book with its corresponding tag. Importing does not automatically create or send correspondence. When you are ready, use the existing correspondence workflow to choose recipients, write, review, and arrange mailing separately.

Subscription, availability, and separate charges

Ordinary users need an active paid subscription. Search availability depends on the current service configuration. Search fees are separate from the subscription and from mail charges; review the current fee in Audience Search before choosing to run a paid search. Opening the workflow does not start a search.
